I just bought some recently, and it appears quite different on various paper. For example, it appears more saturated on a Rhodia DotPad than on glassy Clairefontaine.

Thank you for the "umber" clarification. I'm surprised you said "moderate shading" when your sample makes it look like a great shader. What am I missing?

very attractive green :thumbup: Looks close to private reserve sherwood green

Pens are like watches , once you start a collection, you can hardly go back. And pens like all fine luxury items do improve with time
