so far so good. there's not even any ink seeping out of the nib and into the cap. it's been great! still not done playing with it yet - there's a drop or two of ink left.

Supposedly, one of the reasons the ED stayed popular in the tropics was rubber rot.

One lived with a burping pen, because .... because .... no one trained anyone to repair them locally....or did the sacs rot while waiting for a customer?

Is silicon sac's affected by this.

Or that P-51 material.

I like the pictures of various lever pens including some Waterman pens with a brass insert for holding a lever. I thought them classy.

I that my first fountain pen was a lever action back in the day of the 15 cent kiddy Saturday afternoon double movie manatee. I like them and have no problem.

My '48-52 sac is slowly dieing in my gray Esterbrook DJ, It don't suck as much ink up as before, but I'm going to use it until death do us part.

Right now I'm winning.

In reference to P. T. Barnum; to advise for free is foolish, ........busybodies are ill liked by both factions.

Ransom Bucket cost me many of my pictures taken by a poor camera that was finally tossed. Luckily, the Chicken Scratch pictures also vanished.

The cheapest lessons are from those who learned expensive lessons. Ignorance is best for learning expensive lessons.
