Sailor Nano Kiwa-Guro Black... Safe?

Sailor nano-pigment inks are perfect.

I really would love to agree with that statement or at least the sentiment, but sadly Sailor kiwa-guro simply isn't nearly as (almost!) waterproof as either Sailor souboku or Platinum Carbon Black.

Platinum Carbon Black, however, is evil.

My experience:

After several (read: three or four) years of continually filling my black ion-plated Pilot Capless nib in my EDC pen with Sailor kiwaguro, there is permanent and irreversible discolouration of the nib coating consistent with nib creep.

A year or so of leaving a full fill of Platinum Carbon Black in the CON-70 converter in my modern version of the Pilot 'Hannya Shingyo' (trivia: about six times the price of the aforementioned Pilot Capless pen), and only using it every few weeks or months between instances, there was no clogging, no hard-starts, no discolouration, no anything.

I endeavour to be frank and truthful in what I write, show or otherwise present, when I relate my first-hand experiences that are not independently verifiable; and link to third-party content where I can, when I make a claim or refute a statement of fact in a thread. If there is something you can verify for yourself, I entreat you to do so, and judge for yourself what is right, correct, and valid. I may be wrong, and my position or say-so is no more authoritative and carries no more weight than anyone else's here.

True. Though I should have added "for me". Indeed, it is not completely waterproof. On the other hand it is relatively easy to clean being dried for decades, which is for me a perfect compromise hence the statement (btw I didn't gave such words for Sei-boku in one of my former clogged pens).

Seeking a Parker Duofold Centennial cap top medallion/cover/decal.
My Mosaic Black Centennial MK2 lost it (used to have silver color decal).

Preferably MK2. MK3 or MK1 is also OK as long as it fits.
Preferably EU.
