An interested pen made for ENCICLOPEDIA TRECCANI that was the first Italian encyclopedia and then played a major role in training and information of the Italian people.

If the truth is to be told, I think that I might enjoy the Arco pattern more when it's used in a round-barrel application than when it's used in a faceted one!

 

Did Omas ever do a cut on the bias back in the day (i.e. the spine de pesce pattern of recent vintage)?

Never seen one or a photo of one myself. But that's not saying much.

 

If the truth is to be told, I think that I might enjoy the Arco pattern more when it's used in a round-barrel application than when it's used in a faceted one!

Arco's not so bad on a faceted pen, particularly when it's vintage Arco:

Look it's also transparent through the thin bands. :) Functions like an ink window! :bunny01:

What is beautiful in this pattern is that you will never find 2 identical pens and that the differences are so clearly visible!
