In AA+ condition .. Barrel is initialed and the cap has a repaired hairline below the cap band

I do have some Sheaffer pens and one in a deep red. I think it is a newer pen. In what years was the Carmine Red produced? the one I have I have never inked and it has the original price sticker on the barrel>
