What is the refill for this pen? (old vintage 380)

Please, can you tell me what is the "actual" refill for this pen?

It's the modern MB refill, but with a plastic extension plug stuck in the end of it to make it the same length as the vintage refill you have pictured. MB used to sell their refills with the plug included, but don't any longer. IIRC you can still obtain the plugs from the Boutiques; there is also someone selling refills with the plug included on eBay at present (but I can't find the link at present).
