Pens That Fit Pilot G2 Refills

I'm using Pilot G2 Ultra Fine Point in my Starwalker Fineliner and Boheme Noir RB. I use sandpaper and shave the plastic that's on the tip side down.

 

Fitment for the Boheme I have to concentrate on shaving the first plastic step until it's almost the same diameter as the metal tip. My finished product doesn't thread into the Boheme pen.

 

Fitment for the Starwalker I concentrate on shaving the second plastic step and check often for threading. My finished product threads into the Starwalker pen.

 

I also shave the G2 refill for my Waterman Expert RB pen also.

I think it is irritating that Parkers BP refills are called G2, and Pilot has a different type also called G2.

 

Standardisation please..
