"Non Spill" inkwell question

Hi I'm in the market for one of those non-spill inkwells. What web-site can I find them on, and what are they technically called?

Checked google for curiosity, and found my Navy No-Spill Inkwell for $10. It's on a military antiques website, and you will have fun scrolling down past US Navy WW2 caps, divers pants, signal flags, aviators' chin-straps, a boat-anchor (only $250), and other great stuff, but there it is. Same manufacturer, same box: everything.

 

This inkwell was designed to go through storms at sea, so it doesn't tip over easily!

 

$10 for Navy No-Spill ink wells is a good deal. Going rate for these things is around $25 each boxed NOS. Would you care to share the link? Thanks, David

If you look at my previous post #12 you can see the design of the bottle and lid. The directions might answer your question. I was never good at physics and don't understand how the ink flows into the bulb, but hopefully this will help. I have not used it, so I cant attest to it's functionality.
