Please give me help.... this waterman fountain pen is full of gold body & Hallmark on barrel & cap, i don't see exact hallmark.

whats name of model? please give me some history of this pen....

It really looks like a upmarket Waterman Graduate. First time I've seen one. The symbol on the top of the cap is quite unique. Could it be something that was specifically marked for the Indian market?
