None has shown an aero in Bloody Brit Red. Isn't that an aero color?

I'm not sure that that was an 'official' color. In fact, I am hoping to find a Demi Bloody Brit one of these days...

Minus the metal body pens, here are all the aero MKI color pens that I own with multiple pens in each color except for the plum, cocoa and forest green.

From left to right:

1) midnight blue

2) teal blue

3) cocoa

4) navy grey

5) forest green

6) bloody BRITISH red

7) burgundy

8) plum

9) black

Bloody burgundy is an English color. I have one, MADE IN ENGLAND, but I consider it as heretical as some colors coming from Argentina, including the carmine shade of burgundy.

Yes, pajaro. My bloody BRITISH red pens are also MADE IN ENGLAND. Coming out of Parker factory, the color is still heritical?

The bloody burgundy wasn't apparently used in the USA. It's their own, in the UK. Different cultures. I'm not sure I like the bloody burgundy, but I keep one even though I have vastly whittled down my 51 collection. It almost fits in one tray now.

Ok, so it was a semi-official color coming out of Parker UK factory. Lol.

I have the BBR demi. And I like that color.

Does that mean the blood red was an official 51 color?

Sorry! All I meant was that I haven't seen it listed in any of the Parker ads as an available choice. Also, according to the Shepherd book (page 69) , Demi's were never produced in England, so I have always been curious about that color in the Demi...

The 51 book has many many inaccuracies as indicated by Ernesto Soler of parker51.com.

I remember showing you a demi in blood red. And there were blue diamond English 51s regardless of what the 51 book says.

I know they exist, and yes, you did show me. In fact, in an earlier post in this thread, I said, 'I hope to find one one day. and just above I said, 'I have always been curious about that color in the Demi", because of the fact that if Demi's were not made in England and that is an English color, then I am curious about the Bloody Brit Burgundy Demi, and how it came to exist, that's all I meant.
