Please post your pics of your silver pens in this thread!

I really like the Yard-O-Led sterling silver pens - particularly the Viceroys. The first pics depict the Viceroy Victorian in standard size. The last is my Viceroy Lined Grand - a lovely pen. You find more shots (oodles and oodles) of my YOLs here.

Here is a small Swan leverless with a lovely number 2 nib. The pen is hallmarked and engraved May 1939. It was renovated by a well known FPN member.

I love the topic

Here is one of my sterling babies. A Montegrappa Heritage with guilloche. The cigar case is one of my favourite objects. It was made (of sterling silver, hallmark Birmingham) in 1912 and given as a gift for Christmas (small engraving on the edge of the case) of that famous year to an Edwardian. I have a great interest in the Edwardian period.

On the second picture you can see it next to my Symphony on a Victoran mahogany desk, early period.

PS on the second pic it seems there are scratches on the top of the cap. In fact it is highly reflecting, so a picture artefact.

Bartl you're killing me with that Heritage.

I hope you are still alive MiamiArchStudent  . A lot of patience and searching was needed before I could find a piece of this quality. Apparently the Heritage was made in a smooth finish, and two engraved versions. This one has the deeper guilloche engraving.

A small silver pen with bright enamel below.

Oh, I am, just barely roflmho.gif. I've always liked the smooth finish version just because its not as common as the engraved Montes.

The silver thread was long overdue — thank you, Dandelion. There are some wonderful images here. I'm smitten with Vans444's silver Swan and this Yard-O-Lead.

P.S. Mattabrams, is yours a Yard-O-Lead as well?

Gorgeous examples here! My sterling pens are among my absolute favorites and there is always at least one in my lineup.

I love that Bexley Grand Finale!

First, my Sheaffer quartet: http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4084/5187903884_e455f847b2.jpg

Ok, 2 are not fountain pens, but all are easy to identify: Legacy Heritage Victorian FP, Vintage pattern pencil and ballpoint, and

Nostalgia FP.

Next, my one and only behemoth Laban labrados: http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1027/5187903384_b13bb63753.jpg

Claims to be sterling and platinum overlay. Not sure about that, but it's never tarnished or flaked.

Parker trio: http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4108/5187303849_9296fda6aa.jpg

Sonnet, 51 special edition, and 75. Haven't touched them in a while, to be honest.

My miniature favorites!http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4147/5187303479_e20b706f18.jpg

Yard-o-led barley pocket, Yard-o-led victorian pocket, Wahl hand engraved-soooo smooth!, and Waterman jasmine set fp and mp

I don't have access to many of my silver pens since I'm in school right now, but here are my two favorites side by side. Many of you will recognize the one on the right as my avatar.

Edit to Add: Forgot about my Orpheo. Also, I have never figured out the difference between the Orpheo and the Olympio as they both look identical.

Here is an old photo of silver pens that have lived with me, some still do, some were sold to pay for essential surgery - some have been bought back! Enjoy!
