Just bought an early 50s 146...can't wait for it to get here.

Oh, this should be great! Lovely shape, particularly the section and wonderful springy nibs. Enjoy!

Very nice! Are you a Lennon / Beatles fan? Your purchase makes me think about a Johann Sebastian Bach or Johannes Brahms pen...

I also have my eye on the Brahms...a great looking pen.

My wife would be very happy if this community is being shutdown. :roflmho: :roflmho:

Oh and your question: No I am not specific a fan of them, but ofcourse I like their music. To be honest when they stopped I was not even born.

My most recent purchase is a 1990-1991 MB 149.

My second 149 (and probably not my last!)

Now it's the turn of a MB 74.

Vintage MBs are like cherries in that you can't possibly stop at one... or two... or ten...

Bought it from a lady. She thought it was too large for her leather agenda and put it away for years. Now she is cleaning her closet.

Hope that the pictures shows up (replied by iPhone)

Congrats! So is it a 149?

Nothing notable to report other than picked up a #6 coral.

Best regards, Kai

Hi Kai,

Thanks.

Yes it is a 149 a F-nib. I am very happy with it.

My first MOP star and the details are just lovely!

Do I remember it correctly you also have a 149 75th? And do you use it?

Don't know much about the vintage MB's, but knowing you it definitely is nice pen!

Kind regards,

KJ
