Where do you find this treasure?

Mumbai, India! There was an Agatha available too.... A set with FP and MP. But asking price is ridiculous. So have passed on that.

May i ask was it one of the shops in the Fountain area?

Congrats Michael, I don't have nearly enough pens to justify buying that many spare parts, but at the rate i'm going perhaps it would be a good invesment XD

Now this isn't my latest purchase the florence cases were, but I finally got my Tolstoy with a BB nib, I'm really happy, It is a heavy pen, and I'm happy with the swirly blue on the piston knob had seen some that were a bit plain.

~ This month two fountain pens were purchased from the Oriental Plaza boutique in Beijing (东方新天地在北京).

• 144 platinum M, immediately sent off for a nib exchange to EF.

• 146 90th anniversary B.

After a small clutch of 149 EFs, it seemed time to add variety.

Writing with the B nib has been a revelation. Unsuitable for scrawling on draft research manuscripts or student homework, but a joy for notes.

Why didn't I try a wider before now?

Glad I did!

My latest purchase is MB Collection Box -- I feel fortunate to have secured one through a Boutique because I had heard that production of these beautiful boxes was very limited. I will post a photo of the box with some MB's in the near future!

I'm so envious of those who own the boxes. I lust for one, but funds are limited as of now. Perhaps I can snag one soon. Congrats.

Hello all:

I just got in a couple of weeks ago a nice F Nib Heritage 1912. After the numerous posts and reviews indicating this was not one to pass up, I took the plunge and love this guy. I think that says a lot coming from me - I normally only rotate through various vintage 23x series MBs in my Penvelope.

Regardless, the 1912 is a fantastic Homage piece which I am proud to own. I currently have it filled with Leo Tolstoy.

Best regards,

Great acquisition! I also have the same pen in the same nib size and it's my almost daily pen for work especially. Have mine inked with Winter Glow and soon with Toffee Brown.

Congrats on a great pen. My Heritage is currently my favourite MB. Mine is currently inked with midnight black.

Not sure if any of you are tekkies. I just purchased an iPad Pro and was playing around with the Montblanc app. I did not get the Apple Pencil but opted to go with the Montblanc M Screen Writer. I believe that Marc Newson, the designer of the pen, now designs for Apple, so it all fits together. Its a ton of fun and it saves paper as well. Here are a few pics of the pens and the large iPad.

Cheers all. I love that Toffee Brown ink. I have some loaded up in a 234 1/2. Not too wet, not too dry.

Yeah so when the Winter Glow ink runs out, I'll fill it up with Toffee Brown, but Winter Glow's also not too wet and dries quickly as well.
