My last for a while (I hope  ) - an MB149 in broad. As others have noted, it has a very stubbish quality. It will join my other 149s in EF, and F. I guess I "need" an M to round them out, and then a BB.

As with pepegege my latest is a Safety Pen, and I hope it qualifies as a Montblanc ..... it is a Staedtler Mars Safety Pen, made by Montblanc, around 1915? and courtesy of Barrie ... Thank you Barrie for a speedy delivery and a lovely pen. (ashamed to say that I had to seek advice as to how to put it back together after dismantling it ...and I thank Tom for his help!)

It joins my newish and small collection of Vintage MBs,which include a 254, 264 and a 344. My 30s Button Filler is not included as it is still being serviced. I love writing with these pens,it is a very different experience to my more modern 146 and 149s.

Apologies for the photos.

Thank you for a nice crisp photo,

Looks to be in pristine condition, I am envious but I will survive.

I will be looking for one of those once my discretionary fund fills a little.

That is a great example. I love my 342. Very reliable pens. I hope you enjoy yours for many years to come.

My most recent is a MB Starwalker Ballpoint Ultimate Carbon, Love it! I actually love it with the Monteverde black gel refill for BP pens.

Thank you very much. It has really been a "grail pen" to obtain a MOP MB. I don't think the 1913 counts as it is more of a painted type of star.
