Thank you Da vinci.

Yes that is right, only the cap is not as long on the 226 compared to the 146.

And a beautiful 144 you are showing Da vinci.

You're not the only one.... :P

I got my 75th Anniversary SE in yellow gold 149 today. There will probably be a photo-fest when I get the time. I LOVE the nib on this thing. It was quick to be one of my favorites.

Enjoy. I am looking forward to seeing the pictures. Please, share.

None, I have however added a Pilot Bamboo, an Omas Edison, an Omas 360 Burkina and have two pens coming back from repair 2005 CS 100 in Lava Red and 1942 Sheaffer Valiant Crest Vac Fill. Be insured my 1979 MB 149 is always inked

I just got this danish green marbled 224 (the one on the right), i allready had one but this is a little different (cap and blind cap are not the same).

The nib was no good so i had to put a MB 134 nib on it, until i get the right one.

Well I picked up my latest MB today. Quite excited about using this as it has OB3 signature nib. The other nice touch which really tops it off is the mop egg splat. Was lucky enough to own a 149 in two tone gold last year but had a 'standard' cap star and a med nib so everyone has one of those so it had to go ! :)

Stumbled up on an auction on ebay for what I thought was a 146. Seller had it listed with a buy it now price under $300. I bought it immediately, without even reading the description.

Turns out , it is actually a 149. Now the wait begins for it to arrive...........................

GORGEOUS pen. The Meisterstuck design is one of my favorites, by far, on any pen. My one gripe (and maybe I've been unlucky!) is that they seem to write a bit more thick and wet than their nibs should (an XF writes like a M of other brands!)
