It's a Timbuk2 Especial - fantastic technical waterproof messernger.

I agree with Orfew - Montblanc pen owners enjoy other MB gear.

Did some google research. That really is a performance workbag!

Thanks!. Too casual for formal scenarios, but great for the bike commute and mogging around town. Different gear for different purposes.

Got back the 149 from the boutique, it now writes smoothly, the nib work was around 56$ and i think they polished the pen as well, looks shinier :)

Didn't mean to imply they were padded, just that they look padded :P, or puffy, or maybe i just don't quite like black, it didn't jump at me like wow like the notebook holder with pen loop i got, but that is also cognac color and not black. I only like small wallets and the store didn't have the vertical 4cc or the 6cc pocket one, the large ones just didn't do it for me, there's the business card ones but they're a bit thick due to the large compartment with a gusset for the business cards.

Too bad the line of the notebook holder i got is discontinued, it had a small wallet as well in soft italian leather and cognac color.

Oh my I liked that pad, was a bit small for me but I've seen it in a video and that's when I found out it had the billfold section in it! I do wish they made more color options but I tried the cognac wallet and I was really disappointed with the texture of the leather and how thick it was. It was also darker than pictured when I ordered it.

I keep thinking about selling some of my pens but all that happens is I keep acquiring more!

The saffiano one? drats i was leaning towards those, i liked the color though not particularly the texture, and i like slim wallets... oh well, the old cognac ones were smooth italian leather.

The one I got was on the Bloomingdales and Saks Fifth Avenue websites. It was definitely not smooth but I do have a key chain/key fob of the cognac colored smooth leather. Would love a wallet with that!

That sounds exciting - have been watching a few of these recently. Hope you can find the time to tell us your thoughts when you receive the pen :)

Congrats Attila! That 146 looks to be in perfect condition. I own the two tone nib version but would like to have another with a monotone gold nib someday!

Thank you!

I have a 146 and Legrand with a two tone nib, and they are awesome. I just saw that the seller reduced the price on this and I couldn't resist.

I wanted a single tone 146 for a while....she said its almost like new. We'll see it next week.

Just bought a Collodi with a rare OB nib, swapped by Montblanc just after purchasing it. Can't wait to write with it...
