First of all a very happy newyear to all of you here on FPN!

My latest MB purchaseis the Signature for Good Classique ballpoint including a Meisterstuck leather pen sleeve.

A nice pen to use daily at the office (with the broad refill, the MB ballpoints are the smoothest around!).

Now, for some pictures:

Apologies for the iPad pics. A lovely pre-war ebonite and celluloid long ink window Montblanc 139. It holds a 14c EF nib with flex capability. Beautifully restored by Fountainbel as there were celluloid shrinkage cracks on the piston end of the barrel. Francis is a master of pen restoration having previously rescued a totally abused celluloid MB 149 for me. I will cherish writing with these pens daily as Montblanc do not make pens like these anymore.

No need to apologise on this forum for any photograph containing both a MB L139 and a MB 149 twin silver rings B)

Credit to you for your excellent taste and to the brilliant Fountainbel for his skill and creativity.

Many thanks for sharing.

Hi Pavoni Thank you for your superb posts that are so informative and were so informative in my search for these two pens.

Just bought this 234 1/2. Still in the post, should have it in about 2 weeks.

Very excited as I know from experience these early nibs are just the best.

Just got this 149 in the mail today. I just love the way it feels only hands.

Two lovely model 246 with F and EF-F nibs are on their way to me, late 40s and early 50s. Pictures when they've arrived.
