Jotter Pardner Set - Need Advice On Pricing?

Please help - any idea on how to price a Parker Pardner Set? The picture shows: the set in red, original box ("No. 139/227 made in USA 10/67), an original Parker ballpoint refill (doesn't write any longer though), and the pencil lead refill cartridge. Both are Medium. Any help would be appreciated...

I acquired one that was a similar vintage in blue plastic for 15 dollars from a member about a year back.

Assuming you're going the Ebay route, $15 seems reasonable given what you see there that gets some bidding activity. There are certainly those who have them priced much higher (either as an opening bid or a buy it now), but those seem to be "eternally listed".

This is the convex button version prior to 73. Looks like it is in excellent condition - I have the very same set USD16 - Ebay. These convex versions usually attain a slightly higher price than the post 1973 recessed sets. Shiny plastic barrels makes all the difference so make sure you use good quality photos. Also it is good to emphasise the dual use of the pencil which can be converted to a pen - a lot of ebay buyers aren't aware of this fact.

Thank you all for the input. I have actually posted this set for sale on FPN... Yes, the barrels are beautifully shiny - I really don't think it has ever been used... I did not know that the pencil could be converted! I will have to try to get better pix of my pens though - it's the operator's fault for sure as I am using a new, wonderful Nikon D5000... more practice I suppose!
