Iroshizuku Kon-peki. I always make a mess when the stryofoam insert sticks to the opening when the cap is removed.

I really hate it when this happens.

Whatever black horror was in the new-to-me light blue Eversharp Big E when I took the nib/fed apart. Mostly came out in small bits under the influence of ammonia but after handling the parts some of it is still on my fingers.

Private reserve ebony purple. my attempts to remove it from my hand has only made it a lovely purple rose color. anyone know a good way to get this off my hand and still have skin left?

I've used ScotchBrite scrub pads with great success. Don't press too hard, though, or you will remove a layer or two of skin. Alternatively, shampooing my hair has also worked wonders for removing some of the more stubborn stains. Good luck!

PR ebony purple isn't fade resistant. So maybe it's time to get a tan?

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

Monteverde's Blue Black. I love this ink but my Sheaffer Touchdown is having a little tantrum with it . . . :(

I do not understand.

I was sort of teasing, suggesting you could spend some time in the sun and the ink would fade from your skin. Hopefully, the ink is already gone from your fingers now.

Its 10 degrees out now. not spending any time in the sun today. its off my fingers, but I managed to get some sort of blue ink on one of the blankets on my bed, noticed it as I pulled it out of the washing machine.

Oh ucky. Sorry!

BRRRRR

Most ink does fade with a little exposure to the sun, but hopefully it will wash out of the blanket before you have to worry.

I always have to get some ink on my fingers when using my red Waterman 52, especially on very smooth paper... Akkerman Bekakt Haags.

I cleaned out my old Marbie Todd combo, and found it had dried Iron gall ink of some sort in it, blueish with hard black crumbles that smell of rust.

More scrubbing called for, good thing I'm not made of paper!
