Noodler's Zhivago -- my favorite green-black ink with the added benefit of being (partially--the black component) bulletproof.

I always get a kick out of these "no affiliation" notations when it's blatantly obvious the poster has absolutely nothing to do with the brand, company, etc. beyond being a customer. It must be a feel-good/feel-important thing. So I'll note up front that nothing I write here on this forum is influenced by any financial-gain motivation.

HAH! I'm an initially reluctant convert as Quink has always been readily available (hence boring) and I've seen mixed reviews on this site. However, having recently also tried Blue-Black, I'm a fan. I like both of them, they produce good shading and as a bonus, they are cheap.

Diamine Golden Brown. (Little accident with the cap of a pen that had a) some breather holes and B) had suffered a bit of nib creep.) Must wash it off; this is not a colour about which people looking at my hands will think "Ah yes. Ink."

Omas Sepia -- not a bad dark brown ink although I much prefer Diamine Ancient Copper which has a burnt red component, is lighter in color and shades beautifully. The Sepia flows well and dries quickly. In my brown rotation, it competes with Ancient Copper as well as Iroshizuku Horsetail and Wild Chestnut...and loses out to all of them for various reasons.

Private Reserve Ebony Purple -- very dark, nearly black in a wet writer. Beautiful purple in a dry writer. Long drying time, good flow characteristics.

That would be fingers and hand.

The sac in my Estie Copper Dollar pen suffered a fatal aneurysm. Dumped a good amount of Diamine Ancient Copper all over

my hand.

And, I ran out of sacs a month ago and forgot to reorder.

Sorry about that Bruce.

I just reloaded a Vac 700 and got no ink on me! Hooray! The newest ink is Organics Studio E.A. Poe Raven Red.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

Diamine Deep Blue from Cult pens...My new Nakaya Dorsal Fin decided to divest itself of a full convertor full into the cap during transport...SURPRISE!!! Nicely Diamine washes off pretty easily.

My gloves got a dual dose tonight, from a fresh inking of my TWSBI with Ebony Purple and a Safari with Naples Blue. Hands still somehow ended up with a touch of Asa-gao.

Waterman green, from my Lamy 26P.

I did not tighten the section enough, and ink seeped though.

Private Reserve Midnight Blues - I filled my Visconti Van Gogh Maxi with it and this pen is a hose. Ink looks great on the paper in my notebook though.

MB Lavender Purple - filled my Lamy Vista and always manage to get in on my fingers.

My right thumb... PR DCSSB courtesy of a Vac 51 that doesn't like weather changes.

My right middle and index finger... 1940's Parker Blue from not paying attention while filling my Vac.

At least this time the good tablecloth wasn't on the table. ;)
