Yesterday it was apple green (Pilot Petit 1 cartridge) from fighting with the nib to try to make it write smoothly (only one I've had that trouble with, but it's one of the new ones, so I'm a little concerned...). Today I still have bits of green here & there under my index & thumbnails that just will NOT wash out...

Last night I had a lot of BSB from trying to pull out the feed on my Safari (it's going into storage for a while now that I have a brush pen and satisfying flex on my M200).

Then I see that the converter in my Plaisir has a bad seal, I tried to fix it but just got more ink on my hands.

BSB comes off after not too long, Bad Green Gator has a little more longevity on skin.

Yasutomo Vermillion. I accidentally tipped over a full dappen dish of it on my desk, probably 5ml or so. Should any of you do something similarly oafish, Windex or similar is dandy for cleaning it up

The liberty of the press is indeed essential to the nature of a free state; but this consists in laying no previous restraints upon publications, and not in freedom from censure for criminal matter when published. Every freeman has an undoubted right to lay what sentiments he pleases before the public; to forbid this, is to destroy the freedom of the press; but if he publishes what is improper, mischievous or illegal, he must take the consequence of his own temerity. Aurora Blue. I was gently squeezing the cartridge to fill the feed to my Ipsilon, and of course it wasn't quite seated over the feed tube after I pierced it.......:o

You should be aware it comes very easily off the pen body itself, flushing immediately with cold water. :D

Today, MB Royal Blue

Yesterday, on the other hand was a play with pens and inks day. At the end of it, I had a pinky dunked in Herbin Orange indien (don't ask :headsmack:) and smudges of Eclat de saphir, Bleu myosotis, Cafe des iles, Perle noire, Larmes de cassis, Bouquet d'antan, Lierre sauvage, 1670, Poussiere de lune, Diamine Damson, C d'A Storm, Noodler's BSB and Ottoman Rose, Iroshizuku Asa-gao and Yama budo, Waterman Florida Blue, Violet and Havana, PR Tanzanite, and MB Royal Blue in various places on my hands. It was FUN

PR Lake Placid Blue again. Testing out the Jinhao Century Pen in blue and the PR ink looks like a good match.

Forgot the picture. This was all I got on me! :ltcapd:

Today I am red and green from cleaning two of my pens... one with Noodler's Red-Black and the other with Zhivago. :)

That's no papercut!

Today my fingers are graced by the fine shade of Alt Bourdeaux.

Oh, we had a wee piston malfunction that involved a bit of Waterman Havana Brown...

My first true ink mishap happened yesterday - half a bottle of Diamine Violet on my in-law's bathroom floor. :headsmack: The floor and splashed tub cleaned up well...but my fingers...

The big violet splotches are highlighted by Noodler's Dragon's Napalm and an eensy smudge of Diamine Twilight.

Noodler's Pushkin....even though I know Nathan fills his bottles to the rim...I still sometimes get surprised at how much can actually fit in there!

I have spots of Iroshizuku Kon-peki, PR DC Supershow Blue and Aurora Black. It was a big refill day, but I got only about half of the inks on me.

OTOH, one finger still has Tanzanite in the edges of the nail, after dozens of hand-washings and several showers since last week.

Omas Blue on three fingers and a nail. It's just a sample so I didn't have a lot to spare, but I LOVE it so I am going to buy a bottle anyway. It's so nice and dark.
