Lately I've been adding spots of tea and ferric chloride to the usual prussian blue.

Little bit of Skrip Turquoise from changing out the cartridge.

Diamine shimmertastic shimmering seas. I swapped the nib from my Pilot kakuno that had a pluminix nib in it, with the proper pilot kakuno nib that was in my WS 698.

The pluminix F nib is surprisingly fun to use, and shimmering sea flows perfectly even on Clairefontaine, too smooth for other inks.

Iroshizuku Tsukushi in a lightly modded Jinhao 611, and Camlin Royal Blue in an also lightly modded Wing Sung 233. There's Lamy Turquoise in my Platinum Plaisir, but last night I dropped it in an inaccessible spot and haven't managed to extract it yet, feh.

Whenever I fill up my Pelikan 140, there's always ink on the section I don't see and I suspect some ink creeps around the collar of the feed somehow. The inside of the cap is always inked.

So, basically, I have a giant splot of Pelikan 4001 Dark Green on one of my fingertips and smears on my others.

I'll come up with something eventually.

Kobe van Gogh Dark Green, while rinsing and refilling the cartridge, then had to flush the pen as well. Small spots on the left fingers, big honking stains on right thumb and first two fingers, including around and under the nail on the index. Great look for job interviews. Fortunately, vigorous scrubbing with a nail brush got much more off that I was expecting and should be good in a day or so.

Noodler's Red. Refilled the pen it's in, a Cross Solo with a fine nib, and I think I didn't get the section completely wiped off (plus I may have bumped the pen against the sample vial. But I'm not entirely sure how I got some on the palm of my LEFT hand....

Bookbinder's Red Belly Black and Kobe van Gogh Dark Blue, from flushing the two JIFs I was testing them in to make way for new inks. While the blue cleaned much more readily from the sink than the black, it took a longer time soaking the nib than the black; about the same on the fingers, though.

A bit of Noodler's Red (although most came off when I washed my hair. Also a bit on my left thumb of what might be Noodler's Luck of the Draw, from refilling the Noodler's Boston Safety Pen this morning.

I'd managed to be fairly fastidious for a while, but today I have a black thumb in the literal sense. Luckily-small spill of Take-Sumi black which mostly went on me.

Colorverse Hubble Zoom. Since I starting using this color I haven't wanted to change colors. This is abt my 20th refill. This is only the 2nd time that I got some on my finger.

Montblanc Lavender Purple. I filled a Parker 51 aerometric this morning, and today it has twice had ink on the hood when I have uncapped it.

I have had the pen for more than two years, and it has never behaved in this way before. I hope the problem subsides on its own.

This morning it was a bit of Kon-peki. I was trying to figure out if the Decimo was empty or if the ink was dried up (I seem to have some nib creep at the moment), or if it was just cloggy for not having been used for a couple of days.

Yama Dori cap liner stuck on the bottle because I carelessly overtightened, Yama Dori all over the fingers of my right hand. I was tempted to lick it off. Briefly.

Add lightness and simplicate.

My fingers are nude yet. but since I am going to write some loooooong letters with my beloved DIA safety + flex nib which burps whenever I move the nib inwards to close it for a pause I know already that I will be sprinkled with Diamine Chocolate after I am done.
