What Color Are Your Fingers Today?

GouletPens

Hmmmm...I'm not sure which color this might be.

I eventually narrowed it down to Night Sapphire. Esther from xFountainPens took pity on me and shipped a new bottle. Woo-hoo!

Should arrive in time for me to resume the tour with Blue Man Group.

A little Tokiwa-matsu, from wiping around the bottom edge of the bottle-cap with a wet paper towel before opening it.

Pelikan 4001 Blue Black and Sheaffer Skrip Turquoise.

I can attest to the high water-resistance of both

Iroshizuku Shin-Ryoku. I finally decided the heck with it and took it to work and loaded the flexy unidentified desk pen with it and it's *sooooo* gorgeous.

Most of the Lamy Dark Lilac from earlier today (oops, yesterday at this point) came out when I washed my hair; ditto for the vintage Quink Violet. But not all of the vintage Skrip Peacock from early Saturday morning has come off even then. Good thing I like that color....

It's been a longish day at work. I was wondering how you got the Lamy Dark Lilac and the vintage Quink Violet in your hair.

Then I re-thunk it through.

Well, it's now a day later. And I just noticed the callus on the side of my middle finger *stIll* has a bit of Skrip Peacock on it. Or possibly it's a new dose (but just a little shot).

And now it's Tuesday. And there is STILL that same tiny spot of Skrip Peacock on my callus.

That stuff sure is tenacious. Maybe that's why Sheaffer discontinued it....

Monteverde Green -- it's a lovely shade, slightly less so on my 2nd & 3rd fingers.

Parker Permanent Blue.

Funny that it is only permanent on clothes and EVERYTHING, except paper haha.

First, Diamine Teal, from cleaning out a P45 cap. It's taken all day and night, it's still soaking but I think it's almost done.

Next was Yama-guri from flushing a Kaweco Sport to work on the feed and then cleaning the cart; maybe a little Macassar from filling the cleaned cart.

Then, a tiny bit of Skrip yellow and orange and substantially more pink, from carefully slicing the ends off the carts with an X-acto to pour them into vials. The yellow and orange came off easily, the pink, well, it's stubborn.
