There you are. That's your excuse. The police have changed to using Iroshizuku for fingerprinting.

Some Scheaffer Skrip Blue must've gotten into the cap of my Pro Gear Realo, and from there onto the threads. Either that, or there's a leak somewhere. Gotta monitor the situation and see what I can find. In the meantime, I find myself with blue fingers, blue smudges on my paper, blue swipes on my face and shirt. Drag.

Sounds very interesting! Love the deep richness of a good blue/black.

Diamine Oxblood. Not a great choice to have on the skin if you are squeamish about blood. Thankfully, I am not.

Please visit my store A&D Penworx.

Brands we carry: Benu Pen, Conklin, Kaweco, Monteverde, TWSBI - Diamine, J Herbin, KWZ- Clairefontaine, Field Notes, Rhodia, Whitelines

Earlier today there was some Edelstein Topaz from filling a pen.

"It's very nice, but frankly, when I signed that list for a P-51, what I had in mind was a fountain pen."

Private Reserve Ebony Blue...I have no idea how I managed to get so much on me. I'm usually pretty careful, but those Private Reserve jars are just so wide open.

Loaded up my Pilot Custom 823 with Sailor Jentle Oku-Yama, and, in cleaning up, I got some on my fingers. It doesn't wash off fingers easily, but it is otherwise a great ink.

Current Daily Carry: Pilot Custom 743 with 14k Posting nib (Sailor Kiwa-Guro), Sailor 1911L Realo Champagne with 21k Extra Fine nib (Sailor Tokiwa-Matsu). Platinum Century 3776 Bourgogne (Diamine Syrah), Nakaya Portable Writer Midori with 14k Extra Extra Fine nib (Lamy Peridot), Pilot Vanishing Point Stealth Black with Extra Fine nib unit (Pilot Blue Black), a dozen Nockco DotDash index cards of various sizes and a Traveler's Notebook.

Loaded my Pilot Lucina with Sailor Jentle Shigure last night. It's my first time trying out an ink from Sailor. It's very intensely purple - my fingers still look like I just ate grapes.

Pelikan Blue-Black. Didn't know I had any, but looking for something different to put in my Waterman Opera, I ran across it. (and some of it ran across me.)

Don't feel bad. I'm old; I'm meh about most things.
