Noodler's Black Swan in Australian Roses (v.3, magenta?) and Bad Green Gator. I really need to stop touching the feed while I write

Private Reserve Bue Suede. Gorgeous color. I did everything perfectly and had my ink capped and set aside, the pen reassembled --- but I had not wiped off the top of the section well enough, so when I went to write, blargh. Unlike DIamine Bilberry, it does not look as nice on my fingers as it does on the paper.

Hi everyone! This is my first post here, and I already have some ink on my fingers :P I just opened up my Pilot Penmanship, gave her a quick rinse, and filled 'er up with Waterman Mysterious Blue. I forgot to wipe around the nib/grip area though :D Here's to many happy returns! Oh, and she writes like a dream  I'm going to name her Penny.

My pens: Penny the Penmanship, Dot the Metropolitan, Pallas the Parallel, Neoma the High Ace Neo, Petra the Petit1, Calliope the Kakuno (Also, a Sheaffer No-Nonsense)

My bottles of ink: Sailor Epinard & Ultramarine; Mysterious Blue (Wishlist: Oku Yama)

I had just been congratulating myself on how I had kept my fingers ink-free for three weeks or so, and then I went and stuck my dip pen too far into the Diamine Poppy Red. So now, if I flip someone the bird, it's going to be a partially red bird.

A bit of DeA Aubergine, I think some Diamine Matador, and Noodler's Black.

So many inks, so little time...

Now, my hands are ..... skin color !!!!! But I'm going to flush and clean my Graf Von Faber Castell Intuition Platino Granadilla from his Herbin Poussière de Lune and fill my Lamy 2000 with Murasaki Shikibu, I think that in a few minutes, I'll have purple fingers ...............

Green . . . blue . . . red . . . violet . . .

There are some people who should not be allowed to play with dip pens, and apparently I'm one of them.

Diamine Florida Blue on thumb index and middle finger. At least it's not on the wife's favorite table cloth ;)

Noodler's North African Violet is sitting pretty on my two "writing fingers" ...the ones that always end up way too close to the nib. It's okay, though, because it's nearly the same color as my nail polish today. :)

Akkerman #18 Garuda Rood (red) ... trying this out in an EF nib.

Akkerman Bekakt Haags (dark brown), mostly from wiping the top of the bottle with too thin a cloth. Removed some nearly dried up ink before it would cause problems.
