Waterman Green.

Protip: do not put clean water (for cleaning dip pens, brushes) in used ink bottles with the same shape as other ink bottles you have.
Confusion between the two is really easy after you dirty the clean water.

Iroshizuku Asa-gao, from flushing and cleaning my Pelikan M800 EF, which is otherwise extremely well-behaved. After quite a few months of use, I'm giving it a little vacation.

My left hand is all cyan. I was pouring a Pelikan-fitting cartridge of Campo Marzio Turquoise into a Lamy.

Asa Gao Blue. Îve just received a Pelikan M400 and my Graf von Faber Castell Intuition ran out of ink. So I cleaned and flushed it and.... My fingers are now blue .... As I filled my new "toy" with the same ink, I also put the nib too deeply in the bottle and .... More ink on my fingers ....

Pelikan 4001 Blue Black from filling a converter from a cartridge this morning. The cartridge was to long for my Monte Rosa. This is my first encounter with this ink. It is impossible to wash of. 14 hours later and lots of handwashes and the ink is still on my right thumb.

Finally.

'The Yo-Yo maneuver is very difficult to explain. It was first perfected by the well-known Chinese fighter pilot Yo-Yo Noritake. He also found it difficult to explain, being quite devoid of English.

So we left it at that. He showed us the maneuver after a sort. B*****d stole my kill.'

Tiny bit of Montblanc Ink of Joy -- started using this ink a little while ago as a subtle support of the Dutch football team. (I know orange ink may not seem very subtle, but compared to houses and entire streets being decorated in orange stuff, it is.)

Blue, fingers completely blue. I'"ve received a hand made ebonite pen from India which was filled with blue ink. Coming by airmail (of course), it arrived with no more ink in the pen but well all over it .....

Diamine Imperial Blue. Last night I swapped nibs in a DIB-filled Nemosine Singularity without rinsing anything or gloving up. I wasn't in the mood to get out of my chair.

I love the smell of fountain pen ink in the morning.

Today was "pen fill day" and I had just cleaned up all the Diamine Classic Red, Monteverde Brown, Private Reserve Orange Crush off my hands, when I discovered my Nemosine's 1.1 nib was not flowing well..so I took it out and re-seated it, thus covering both hands with a layer of Noodler's Black Swan in Australian Roses.

Ancient Copper that just arrived today! Filled the cartridge in my Parker Frontier with it.

And as soon as I think my Parker Vector feed is dry from cleaning. I am going to fill

that cartridge with Noodlers Fox , that just arrived also...

Rohrer & Klingner Helianthus. I think I didn't wipe the section thoroughly enough after filling the pen and now I appear to have the fingers of a smoker. Yuck.

Some who-knows-how-old black, coming from the nib and feed of a Sheaffer Imperial I picked up on Ebay to practice refurbishing. :)
