Trademark no. 71,697, Flemish Art Co., "Pyrographic Pencil", Dec 8, 1908, used since 1907, is for the words "The Gas-o-pen". Also see US patent nos. 663,615 and 776,482, and the Wiseman Mfg. Co.'s US label design no. 7,949 for a product called the "Pyropen".
