Love the movie and even more these drawings. You've displayed great skill in handling that brush, I've used it for some attempts at calligraphy. It's extremely soft and a bit difficult to control for neophytes.

Yes, you are right - it is very difficult to control for a newbie, especially in calligraphy. I found on the Internet one free lesson and tried a brush on it, one month ago.

Still not sure how I managed to smear it. My blue ink is entirely too wet and spread EVERYWHERE also.

I would have thought it was intentional to give the nautilus shell depth.

Thank you Scribs. The ink is actually a custom blue black I made diluting a few inks with cultpens deep dark blue :) its now a deep dark teal.
