Thank you Mattias for sharing your incredibly imaginative talent and wonderful sense of humour with us.

Absolutely amazing someone could be so talented.... I hate you.

ahhhhh, Mattias, I LOVE your work!

I have a question: how is the watercolour added without smudging the extra ink on the page? (e.g. w/ Noodler's, if there's a bit of extra ink that doesn't react with the cellulose etc).

this one's also posted here but on another thread....

Osmiroid Sketchpen + Pelikan Brilliant Black + A4 copier paper ... done years ago ...

What a great artwork!

Most musicians should put this on their CD jacket :-)

You could also try Platinum's Carbon Ink. It's the only black fp ink I have found (including Noodlers) that you can apply watercolor directly over without smudging or waiting. Expensive, but worth it. Turned on to it by fellow FPN member Stevlight.

Done with Pilot G2 pens (0.38 and 0.5). Not quite up to using an FP yet :P I don't even own a bottle of black ink.

It lost a lot of quality in translation- strangely enough the end product looks much better, the blacks more intense, after the actual original has been photocopied (all settings to maximum darkening) and then heat laminated. Something about the entire process seems to concentrate the contrasts... anyway, forgive the shoddiness.

I LOVE THIS!

This is a stippled piece (tiny dots to create a picture) that i finished recently.

Used 2 different FPs...my Pelikan XXXXF for the darker areas and my Pilot Penmanship XF for the lighter areas.

The dimensions are 3" x 5.5".

Visit my blog, and click on "Geranium in S and S", under LABELS if you're interested in seeing how this piece progressed.

A fanart of a character in a manga I like very much.

I feel a bit shy putting this up among such talented creative works but I'm hopin this will be okay since it was drawn with fountain pens?

Used Baoer 388a m nib and pilot penmanship ef nib with white gel pen for slight distinction:)

Sketched on location and then finished a bit more at home. The wok drawing is done with a Naimiki Metal Falcon SEF with Noodler's Black ink from start to finish. The other two are done in my usual manner; loosely sketched in with a Pilot Executive Hi-Tec C (0.3mm ) with details added using a bunch of pens like a Kuretake fountain brush pen, a Lamy Safari EF, a Rotring Rapidograph 0.13mm technical pen, a Rotring Artpen EF, a Pilot Prera F, and the Falcon. The rightmost drawing shows the difference in black values between the Noodler's Black and the Platinum Carbon Black(loaded in the Kuretake).

The middle drawing was done in a large Moleskine (8"x5") and the other two in a 4"x6" Pentalic ala Modeskin sketchbook.

Just got the Falcon last month and am still getting used to sketching with it.
