This is a little sketch to test out my Noodler's Ahab with a G nib. So far I am pleasednwith its behavior.

Be careful - dip nibs in fountain pens rust very quickly because they are not adapted to long-term contact with water. Rusty nibs can still decompose the ink on the composition in the feed.

@Andrew_LI took the Ahab apart for cleaning and am happy to say the nib and feed are in good condition. No rust. 

 

That is a soothing picture. I miss the beach.
