Very nice!
What's the red ink? It looks really sharp against the paper and is a nice accent to the other ink.

I used 2 inks: Kaweco Ruby Red(some crimson) in pen and Diamine Matador in brush (real red) :)

I am so happy ....

 

Found a replacement cartridge convertor to my ancient Osmiroid sketch pen.

Found it in a local arts supplies supermart ...

MANUSCRIPT brand.

Looked at the aperture and guessed that it might fit the old feed ...

Just bought it hoping it might fit ...

and it did !!!!!!

It fitted snugly into the feed.

Its a plunger syringe kind of low tech design.

The silver coloured rubber plastic squeegee pump was broken - split from wear and tear ..

 

The new convertor is a tad too long.

So I had to push it back down a little bit in order for the barrel to screw on fully.

But still , I dont mind.

I am all grateful to revive a pen thats been with me for a good many years in my varsity days.

And many nice sketches that came from it.

:)

That was around 1984/85 ...

 

 

The cap is also cracked now. :(

The nib is gold plated? , but its all worn out now ...

The Waterman 52 1/2 and the Vintage Sheaffer Skrip Black are working so well and such a joy to use that i decided to more one more sketch before cleaning the pen and moving to another one, though i am visualizing this sketch using Noodler's Galileo Manuscript Brown on a Cream TR paper and i think it will have looked better:

Yes there is something special in his eyes, they are telling a story, an this is actually the first drawing that i frame and hang on the wall in my room:

As Andrew said you can find them on ebay, i had bought few bottles (I think 12 :) ) through a dear friend and still have many left.
