My Spirit is drunk on MB Je t'aime!!! ED of course. and writing like the feet of a grape dancing farmer would write, if feet could write, that it. :ltcapd:

Geez, GP! What paper do you write on to move so quickly? I wonder if there are longer converters to hold more ink....The barrel could surely handle the length. hmm1.gif

Clairefontaine staplebounds in the medium size. They fold back on themselves, which makes it easy to clip them open when it's time to transcribe onto the machine. About 10k words per notebook, so roughly 6 notebooks for a basic 60k word manuscript.

Wendi! Remove the converter and fill the barrel with an eye dropper!!! :bunny01: :bunny01: :bunny01:

I have done with mine......MB Je t'aime red and it is wonderful - just make sure the other end of the barrel is tight.

Do I need to use anything like a silicone grease on the threads to prevent leakage? unsure.gif

Hi Wendi!

I don't, but do have a tiny pot of the pure silicone that Pendemonium sold years ago, just in case.

I just make sure the bottom bit is secure, you could try with water first....and of course that the section is securely fitted to the barrel. Mine is writing with such juiciness, as you will see when the post arrives :cloud9: .

If you need to use silicone use the tiniest bit applied with a toothpick. As 'they' say, a tiny dab'll do ya!

So I was minding my own business yesterday when a parcel showed up on my desk....The most beautiful thing I've seen in a while was inside in my favourite colour....from someone who apparently really does love me.....OOOO!!!! So very nice! So i just had to fill it with a few assorted FPN acquisitions....to see how they fit in royal robes.

I'm curious about that beautiful stone....wonder what it is? I can't stop looking at the wrap and touching the dragon....cloud9.gif

What a stunning family of pens! Now all are snuggled royally in red! The stone looks like carved soapstone, and I love the way it looks so at home! Lots of love there!!! :cloud9: :bunny01:

The Arkansas Pen Club chose a photo of my Spirit (the one you can see) as their Facebook cover photo, so I had to gloat....cloud9.gif Forgive me.

As long as about four are required, it would be worth doing a second run!

I must say, it would be nice to do it again, like 'Old Times'!

Judging by recent activity at my end, I think it would take me about 6-8 weeks from you telling me to 'go ahead', assuming that we don't experience any unforeseen problems.

I will wait to hear from you.

I'll see if they're serious enough to get 4 going. Wanted to see if you wanted to before any further talk went around. :notworthy1:

Love the pen wrap, where did you get it from?

My dearest Chris Chalmers "gifted" me this. :cloud9:

I don't know the maker. Maybe Chris will chime in?
