Pen Repair near St Louis

I acquired a "Parker 51 Vacumatic" recently that unfortunately doesn't seem to work. It seems that the vacuum mechanism is busted somehow. I don't feel I am capable of doing any sort of repair myself, which brings me to my question - is there any one/where in the St Louis area that does this sort of repair? If not, what else would be recommended for repair?

You may want to attend the up-coming St. Louis Area Pen Users meeting on May 22, see the events list for details. Many of our members perform their own repairs. If you haven't found a local repair shop, you may find someone at the meeting who can point you in the right direction or be willing to undertake the repair. Regardless, you will find kindred spirits and good pen conversation.
