Big fountain pen

We were talking about the Danitrio Cum Laude as being a good option for a big, cheap pen. I just got mine yesterday and put a little blurb about it in the Market Watch section. I thought I'd bring your attention to it as there is also a picture comparing it to a MB 149 and Pelikan M1050.

Jinhao 159 about $10 with shipping on ebay, writes great, and similar in size to a Mont Blanc.

If you like big, I have a Senator President that should be your cup of tea. For a price ranging from $70-90 USD, it is an outstanding pen. Measuring 146mm long and 14mm in diameter, it is a proper handful. Piston fill system. Somewhat scare.

+1 for the Senator President. BIG pen and large circumference section. Holds a ton of ink. Can be had in the steel nib for ~$100 and with the gold nib for ~$175.

 

Also, +1 for the Laban Mento--another BIG pen with a large circumference section. It too comes with the option of a steel nib or gold nib for about the same price as the Senator

The Jinhao 159 is big pen, made over brass tube construction. It is big and weighty. $12.
