Noodler's Purple Martin

Noodler's Purple Martin is a less bright shade of purple that is easy on the eyes. It tends slightly toward the blue end of the range rather than magenta, and is not overwhelmingly bright. For me, this makes it less tiring to use for long periods of time. Depending on the paper, it may show a fair amount of shading. Dry time is about par for Noodler's (20-30 seconds). No nib creep. Good flow, slightly wet. A nice ink, this will probably become one of my go-to purples.

Thanks but we need two shots. When I first read this 10 min ago I saw no scans: thanks.

A. One of 2-3-4-5 different nibs on different pens, w/a also a few dip pens and swab tests, whereby each swab includes the same amout of ink.

B. More info on the 2-3 types of paper used.

C. A comparison with other (w/a comparable) inks such as Waterman's Violet, MB's Violet, Poussieree de Lunes, Violette Pensée etc.

Nice review, thanks.

And how can this be, because he is the Kwisatz Haderach.

I've always been fond of this ink - I remember choosing it for an essay on the painter Poussin, as the two seemed to match. Thanks for the review!
