Swan + firm nib = beak ???

After owning the super-flex for a mere hour I would have accepted your offer to dispose of it but I have since resolved to learn to use it, though I don't think that I'll ever grow to love it. If divorce looms, you'll be the first to know. :-)

It certainly is a wonderful pen. It fills my dreams too, but with nightmares! :-) I'm hoping that this might change if I learn how to use it. It seems to take both skill and patience.

 

I'm 58 and until now I have been unaware of the wide world of pens, nibs, and writing styles that lies out there. I love this section of the forum.

Today's piece, done with Pelikan 4001 Brown. It's quickly becoming my new favourite brown, especially considering its price point (less than 4 bucks for 62.5ml!)
