This is what it looked like near where I started trying to write with my right hand:

And I wrote this tonight for another handwriting thread I found on another forum. Not that great a leap but I think it's definitely better now. I had a few losses of motivation that lasted several months between now and then so it's not been a constant practice.

Not happy until my handwriting is comparable to what you can see in those youtube videos where they show of flex pens though. But with twins on the way, fountain pens are taking a gigantic step down in priority when it comes to cash.

Hey there everyone...here goes my first post on FPN.

This is my everyday scribbles/notes I do not need to remember longer than a day (if that makes any sense) :), when I write at the speed of thought...lol

This on the other hand is when I write slightly slower.

WOAH, that is an amazing improvement. Kudos for learning to write all over again. I'm impressed! :notworthy1:

I learned english as a second language. A friend from England told me that he could tell whether someone has learnt english as a second language just by looking at his/her handwriting.

I can't figure out how he can do this so can someone please tell me how did or didn't my handwriting give away the fact that I am a non native english speaker ? :D Cheers.

Oh no. We must stage an intervention. Something must be wrong. GClef, please tell us what we can do.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

Create a Ghostly Avatar and I'll send you a letter. Check out some Ink comparisons: The Great PPS Comparison

Don't know where to start?  Look at the Inky Topics O'day.  Then, see inks sorted by color: Blue Purple Brown Red Green Dark Green Orange Black Pinks Yellows Blue-Blacks Grey/Gray UVInks Turquoise/Teal MURKY

Send him/her an entire Noodler ink sample set from Goulet?

This is my current handwriting that I have developed from the palmer method. I have yet to follow any of the practice guide to fully develop my writing. All I really do so far is use a full arm movement but even that has drastically improved the speed at which I can write. I plan to get to where gclef is in the next 6 months or so

Pens are like watches , once you start a collection, you can hardly go back. And pens like all fine luxury items do improve with time
