Pelikan m805 is a great looking pen. I also like the sailor 1911 full size in blue or the platinum president in blue.

WTB Sheaffer Balance oversized with a flex nib, semi flex, broad, or medium in carmine red or grey striated.

Wtb Sheaffer Pfm in black or blue with a medium or broad nib.

I remember the blue Nettuno Skipper, very very nice blue pen. Unfortunately Nettuno closed and Skipper is sold out...

Interesting discussions - so many beautiful blue pens!

The one on my desk is a Montblanc Starwalter Blue - very cool pen and good writer!

Hear, hear!

I have the less expensive Pelikan M600 blue demonstrator. It is dark enough to appear solid rather than see-through when not against the light. But it has a striking richness of color, a cobalt blue "glow" and depth because of its translucence. The effect gets attention and, from my boss, the comment "Now I see why you like pens."

(Though less expensive than the larger M800 Blue Ocean LE, it still cost me $300 plus shipping four or five years ago since I could only find it new in the FP+BP set at that time.)

I don't have a photo, but the Pelikan M805 Blue Ocean gets my vote.

I love the Namiki Blue VP, so much in fact, that your picture inspired to go pick one up at my local pen store. Will post pics when I get to my good camera at the office.

Forgot to add that the PR DC Super Show Blue ink matches it perfectly :clap1:

Love my Cross Century in a deep lapis blue. Hard to describe, but it looks almost like an enameled finish.

This topic made me realize that most of my pens are blue. I never really made a conscious choice, so I guess blue must just be my subconscious favorite.

Left to right are Visconti Opera Nordic Fjord, Omas Revelations, Omas Paragon Blue Royale, Pelikan M805, and a Stipula Suprema Pelago. You can't tell from the photo, but the Stipula has deep, incredibly dark translucent blue veins that only look blue or translucent in bright sunlight. Also, please forgive the cell phone cam quality
