Pay it Forward of a Pay it Forward

A few weeks back JHeels gave away three Wearever pens in need of a little TLC - The one that I acquired has a new sac and the J bar has been cleaned, the nib tines have been straightened (to the best of my ability) and the inner cap has been reinstalled.

This pen is a very good writer, even though the nib is still slightly out of alignment - it is smooth and wet.

So - I'm opening up this one to all our FP members who might want a good daily user (this is definitely not a pretty pen) but might not be in the position to purchase one at the moment - there are no other limitations we'll just use the honor system.

I will hold this open until 3 PM EDT USA tomorrow, to give everyone an opportunity - and then we'll let the random number generator pick the winner.

PM me to be included, your PM will be numbered in the order received.

Poor little Wearever - so far I only have four people in the running

This really is a great little writer so PM me - I'm going to wait until 4 pm EDT USA

I'll ship it worldwide so your location is not a hinderance

The winner is Camidumas

The fact that you had only 4 respondents means that in this site, the honor system works

The voice of this guitar of mine, at the awakening of the morning, wants to sing its joy;

I sing to your volcanoes, to your meadows and flowers, that are like mementos of the greatest of my loves;

If I am to die away from you, may they say I am sleeping, and bring me back home.

Hi,

I have had a bit of good luck lately and a couple of the good folk on FPN have shown me their generous hearts (I think they know who they are) so I would like to give the following away , ncluding standard shipping paid by me:

1. two lots of six vintage Eberhard Faber "Ebony" woodcased pencils - some of the best drawing pencils ever made in my opinion;

2. two Esterbrook J series pens, each with a renew point nib fitted and a spare new nib in a box.

3. two lots of six vintage woodcased pencils from my secret hoard - all classics

Items refered to in paragraphs one and three are available to anyone who will promise to use the pencils rather than just add them to the junk in a drawer.

The two pens I would prefer to give to members who are relatively new to fountain pens, maybe someone who hasn't yet experienced the Estie magic

I've been wanting an Estie for ages if you'd be so kind!

My pleasure. Would you please send me a personal message (PM) with your preferred postal address?

Both the Esterbrooks are taken thanks. One is off to Sydney, the other to Canada (or "Canaydia" as my eight year old calls it).

All the pencils still available.

To keep up with the generosity, and good karma of the forum, there are two batches of 5 international cartridges of De Atramentis Sapphire ready to ship worldwide. In order to give all members a fair chance, 2 PM's will be randomly chosen among those sent from now till next Tuesday. Good luck to all.

I have a Waterman Phileas, fine nib, looking for a new home with a student, west of the continental divide in the US.

Pen is blue marble. Converter and one cart included. Postage paid (which is why US only, although I'm sure the pen would have enjoyed Canada. 1st PM gets it.
