I have been using HoD in various pens for months, now, with no problems to report. If you're concerned about it being too saturated, just dilute it with distilled water and use it like that. HoD is one of the BEST inks available and I use it full strength in rollerball refills to replace crappy rollerball ink. No clogs and perfectly smooth flow.

I was having trouble with a pen using HOD and a very respected pen guy told me at a pen show that Platinum Carbon Black would preform better, just flush often. So now i have PCB in all my pens love it just plan to flush all my pens on the 15th and 1st of each month!
