The cartridges used were the standard Skrip cart, the Slim Cart that fits in the slim Targa and the international sized cart that fits in the Reaktor.

Yep - Cam got the Skrip II carts and Gerry got the international carts.

 

We're on round two - What non-Sheaffer pen used the standard Skrip Cartridge?

 

(Keith does know his Sheaffer trivia...)

Wearever?

Nope. Wearever came up with their own cartrdige design, similar to Sheaffer but with a distinct metal ring on one end and a nipple, so to avoid copyright infringment.

 

This pen uses Sheaffer Cartridges.

No - Eversharp came up with their own design. This cartridge pen was probably the reason Parker bought them. That design is still in use today, introduced on the Parker 45.

Ok - Here's another clue:

 

According to pen lore, in a head to head competition by a consumer magazine in the late 1940s that included Parker, this company's pen won as the best writer and value...
