How are we looking on getting some prices up for viewing?

Yeah, I'm trying to figure out the best way to do that. I have basically all the prices in a HUGE Excel spreadsheet, and it's complicated and confusing. What I might do is just edit it to provide only the most pertinent information, then post it for everything I have requests for so far....as I get more inquiries, I can post them too. I'm on Skype too (GouletPens), so if you want to chat about any of the French order items, email me or DM me and we can set up a time.

Not too late at all. Cruise through the catalog and let me know the product codes you're interested in, and I can get you some prices. Email me at brian@gouletpens.com

I've now reformatted the video on Ink Nouveau, so it's in 2 parts and is hosted on YouTube. This allows you to choose your resolution (and therefore buffering speed) all the way up to HD quality, and it's viewable on iPhones. Here it is: http://inknouveau.com/2010/01/episode-04-the-big-french-clairefontaine-order/

I wouldn't mind splitting:

Code Carton Qty Carton Price (minus Shipping)

1756 25 $278.69

Basically, it's looseleaf, wide ruled, with multiple holes to fit multiple binder styles, and works out to be $11.15/ream of 100.

Hey Everyone,

I would be interested in splitting an order of some of the Clairefontaine Matris Stapled Laboratory Notebooks, they can be found on page 28 of the Clairefontaine catalog. I would be interested in any size, and they are, if i am reading the catalog notation correctly, partly Seyes (French) ruled and partly blank. Their quantities and prices per carton are as follows:

3347 30 $418.04

3147 40 $436.29

3727 60 $328.66

3177 50 $434.85

3167 50 $444.46

3168 50 $444.46

3157 30 $320.01

3147 40 $436.29

3377 40 $395.93

3378 40 $395.93

3327 35 $354.85

3347 30 $418.04

I am also interested in getting a Carnet De Voyage Travel album or two, they have 180 gr paper, and only need to be ordered in case packs of five!! The catalog page is 172, and the price is:

96777 5 $160.81

Let me know if you are interested! Thanks!

  • 2 weeks later...

Is it too late to join in on the order? I'm looking at 1351, 1352, 1751, and 1752. I don't know the pricing or how many comes in one order, but if anyone's looking to split these, please let me know.

Thanks!

It's not too late to join in. I've been a *little* preoccupied with the birth of my son on Jan. 25, but things are settling down a little bit and I'm starting to get back into the swing of things. I'm still working on setting a 'final' date, which I'm looking sometime in the next month or so. Is that enough time for you all to collaborate your orders?

Perhaps it would be instructive if you could give us some kind of timeline.

Normalement:

Feb 28th, ordering closes.

March 15th, all funds are delivered to you and the order forwarded along to Exaclair

April 1st, shipment from France

June 1st, shipping invoices distributed

June 15th, all shipping invoices are due and Stateside distribution begins

July 1st, distribution is complete and everyone starts using and reviewing their many fine products

Alright gang, here's the deal. I'm setting the dates for the French order here, so we can all get things moving. Here will be the dates:

March 1: Final orders must be emailed to brian@gouletpens.com

March 15: All payment for those orders must be in, and I will place the order in to Exaclair (who will then coordinate with Clairefontaine in France)

I don't know the dates yet for receiving the shipment, but I will know closer to the order placement date. Let me know if you have any questions!

Brian, Will you be coordinating another order in the future? Even better, would this be something you could do on a regular basis (say twice a year)? I can't do it now, but it would make it easier to pass now knowing that there's another order sometime in the future.

I would like to coordinate something like this on a regular basis, but I'm not going to 'promise' that until I see how this one goes to completion! So far, it seems like though there are many logistical issues to work through, it will be something I can repeat in the future. A semi-annual order would seem feasible....but I'm taking this thing one step at a time!

I would love to split this order with someone:

5256 which are clairefontaine C6 size airmail envelopes, truly classic and beautiful.

Brian says that the minimum quantity of 20 cartons (500 total envelopes) is $109.09. If we split the cost we would each get 10 cartons and 250 envelopes to last quite a while.

If anyone is interested please PM me right away. I'd like to add this to the final list before 1 March.

So, who's looking to split what?

I know some of you posted above, but hopefully there are more prospective buyers. I've sent out around a dozen French rule sample packs, surely some of you must have been intrigued.

If no one is willing to split up your requested items, I may be willing to. I think especially when it comes to Séyès loose sheets, there is a demand for them and I could sell them if I had them. I'm open to purchasing loose sheets.

I am looking to pick up some french ruled loose sheets. Also some top-bound pads, A4, A5, A6 (french ruled).
