Postcards received today:

 

From FredRydr, a very nice old postcard with a handful of neat stamps on it.

 

From Teacher Man, a photo postcard of a wild parrot... in Germany? I didn't know there was a "thriving wild parrot population" in Germany. And I guess they speak German....

A postcard received from dvalliere, written in a veritable rainbow of inks, and only two days after it was mailed. If it wasn't postmarked, I'd have guessed Pony Express....

Today, I received two nice old postcards with nice old stamps from nice old (well, not that old) FredRydr. :)

 

The two postcards arrived on the same day but were postmarked... 11 days apart. :yikes:

Today, I received a cute cat-on-a-postcard from MissChief. We are sending blessings out to Kitty, wherever she is...

 

...and I'm sending, I suspect, a postcard to MissChief, but don't tell her. I want it to be a surprise....

Today, May 1, I received a glowing postcard of the NYC skyline from hexyr. Thank you so much! I needed something like that after waking up to find it SNOWING here... on May 1. My goodness....

Today I received a postcard from FredRydr showing Heidelberg, the town of Bock nibs. Coincidentally, a Bock nib was in the pen used to write the postcard!
