Not a great photo (or matched set) but my favorite new watch, the Speedmaster Moonwatch and a Pelikan M910 Yellow Toledo.

Nice (both of them)! Was the Speedmaster on your wish list a long time or was it spur-of-the-moment?

I've wanted a Speedmaster as long as I've loved watches- my whole life.  Only recently did I get a chance to make one my own.

@gregamckinney I'm just drooling over that Toledo....  And I'm not even that big a fan of yellow.

"It's very nice, but frankly, when I signed that list for a P-51, what I had in mind was a fountain pen."

Nice! Great to have one that feels special every time you wear it.

Keeps time well, writes well, holds up to day-to-day abuse. What more does one really need?

Both the fountain pen and the watch are my every day user. The Montblanc 149 Calligraphy Flex Nib Special Edition. The Invicta  Speedway Quartz Chronograph has the rare Miyota OS20 movement and is a true tachymeter function, where the large second hand does not move when the watch is running normally.
