A Waterman's Ideal 24 G.M. with another lady's watch. I added here a 5 dollar coin, which was the price of this pen over 100 years ago.

 

Btw. the book is Nos Actrices.

 

And also btw. this is a tapered cap pen, so the cone at the end is the cap.

 

And as always the watches are borrowed. Buying pens is enough for me.
