Gorgeous combinations.

Re-took this today, wasn't happy with the first ones.

Oh, yes, that is my favorite watch now, titanium made, very accurate +-1 second per day. I wear it everyday now.

It's been awhile since I took any watch and pen photos, so I shot a few pictures this morning. A couple of these watches are quite old - from the 20's and 30's - but all still run nicely. Here is the first picture:

http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8114/8611093178_425677eb12_b.jpg

This is a Gevril Chronograph (basically an homage to the Rolex Daytona Paul Newman model) and a Waterman 454 overlay set in the rare Night and Day pattern.

The watch is a Gruen Curvex from the 20's or 30's, and the pen is an Aikin-Lambert Sleeve Filler. Note that it has a Waterman clip - this was about the time Waterman bought out A-L, so maybe that explains it.

The watch is a Lockman 1970, and the pen is a Parker Sr Duofold in Mandarin Yellow. I thought the yellow pen would pick up the yellow dials of the watch.

This is an Omega Constellation with two fairly rare pens, a Waterman 0552 and 452 filigree over Red Hard Rubber.

Here is my Rolex Submariner Two-Tone with Blue Dial and a pen that matches it quite well - a Wahl-Eversharp Deco Band in Lazulitic Blue from somewhere around 1930.

The last one is a Helbros jeweled watch from the Art Deco period and a Sheaffer Triumph Lifetime pen in Striated Carmine.

Hope you enjoyed seeing them. I am still not really happy with my lighting. :)
