It definitely is another nib.

As poster mentioned it is a 75th Special Edition. Brought to us by Montblanc in year 1999.

This one is in yellow gold.

There is also a Limited Edition (1924 pieces) in redgold.

I really don't think this particular nib needs much introduction.

 

Visconti Palladium 1.3mm stub, Homo Sapiens. Purchased from Bryant Greer with the nib unit tuned by Mike Mayusama. A broad, wet line!

 

Visconti Homo Sapiens definitely have this pen on my list, and probably the large one too
