Hi Daniel,

Payment just made. Hopefully you still have one left for now. If, not I assume you will ship, when more are available.

Great invention by the way.....pretty soon there will be an "App for that"..."use this software with your iCroScope"...man I need to start working on that!

Regards,

Rick

Daniel,

What is the magnification on your creation? I think it would be much more practical that my current jewelers loupe. Very ingenious!

Henry

Henry -

It is not easy to quantify the effective magnification of the iCroScope when used on a mobile phone, as it depends on the size and resolution of the screen on your device as well as on any camera preview software or features you have. Optically, however, it is a 10X loupe.

Do you ship overseas, and if so what is postage to Australia?

I do indeed ship overseas. I use Priority Mail International, and the S/H to Australia would be USD$13.00 (or a supplement of $11.50 to the shipping price given).

Looking at the pictures of the phone, I *think* it would work, but I can't be certain. But I will happily accept a return with a full refund if it does not work out for you.

Thanks --

I have added a separate "Buy Now" button on the iCroScope web site for international orders; that should simplify things for those not in the US.

I have had some inquiries from stamp/coin/watch folks; here are a few quick snaps (unretouched, merely cropped) of those items:

I have been procrastinating since you posted this on the 16th as I don't have an iPhone....but this is too good to miss and should work on my Pantech. If not, I will probably end up with an iPhone anyway. So payment has been sent.

Nice shots, Bryant! I believe you are using a Blackberry Curve 8900, and you are obviously getting great results.

great product and a good price point considering what is already out there...

does the stick-on ring that goes on the phone take into account the curvature of the iPhone case near the camera lens?

is the stick-on ring removable and repeatably able to be re-applied tot he phone case?

cheers from Oz

Trevor -

The adhesive backing is thick enough to nicely mold to the shape of the iPhone case. You might be able to see the fit in the photos on the iCroScope web site.

The ring can be removed, but it is not designed to be repeatedly removed and re-applied. The lens comes with two mounting rings, and extras can be purchased. I've mounted a second ring on my laptop's webcam, so I can videoconference and show close-ups of nibs and such when disccussing pens.

Verrrrrrrry interesting! Will it work with a Motorola Krazer K1?

If so,it would be worth it to get one in the near future!

Looking at images of the K1, I see no reason why it wouldn't work with that phone.

My stock on hand is exhausted, but I have a few dozen more units coming later this week, so orders placed now will be quickly filled until that supply runs out, at which point there will be a bit of a delay.

There are similar products on the market. I have tested a number of candidates for the lenses, and the ones I sell are the best optical quality and highest magnification of all the ones I have examined. I add my own packaging with a set of instructions and tips, and I provide support, fast US-based shipping, and replacement parts. My customers seem to be happy!
