It would be great to see you there, if you can do a swap!

Here's hoping! :P

Wonder why we don't have "bank holidays" specifically.....But nothing seems to shut down even on "real" holidays over here....

Will you have someone (Tim perhaps) with you who might be able to catch a moment or two on film for us to enjoy? It would be nice

to see any FPNers who might show up. B) (Oh and you of course! )

I used to have my office in the Magistrate's Courts building in Hatfield years ago.....wonder if it is still there, or do they just stick all offenders in a leaky inflatable to Australia now - without process??? Please picture here the rolling head of 'lol' because although a smiley is at the top of this reply section it won't budge!!!

Ha! I went to the 'show me more options' and have found :lticaptd: and :gaah: which is for Henry of course!

So.......what's happening round the ridges folks???? :bunny01:

I've completed the Deco Lady's first Flat cut-out overlay, and I managed to use the same drawing to transfer the pattern for another second one, which I was hoping to do the piercing out, while at the craft fair next Sunday, at Hatfield house. my enthusiasm however has got the better of me, and I have already started doing the cutting out!

Maybe there will have to be a third one!

BTW. What do any of you suppose, 'Google[10]', and Google Mobile[2], means, I just noticed it down at the bottom of this page?

Well, having nearly finished the piercing out of the 2nd Deco Lady overlay design, there will have to now be a third one made!

Ah! Well, such is life!!!

 Esterbex, I never thought of you as being a 'Bottom Watcher!'

I was up early this morning, and have transferred the drawing of the Deco Lady to a sheet of silver, so that I will have something to work on, at the Craft Show at Hatfield House, [apparently, it is the largest Craft Show in Europe! I didn't realise that when they first approached me about doing it.]

I'm now thinking about doing another version of the 'Nautical Rope' design, which would stand me in good stead, for the time that I will be demonstrating at the show. Should be a challenge!

That's very strange, having 'Posted' my last message on here, it is 'here', but it hasn't appeared on the 'Forum' page!

I think that you will find that google and the (number) refers to the location of guests,

As I understand there are still some issues with the forum software that may account for the issues with your post Henry.

Hope that helps

Michael

Thank for your thoughts on the matter Michael, I wondered if it might be a possible 'delay' [or a 'glitch'] in the system, whatever it was, it's not doing it now!!! :D Having said that, it will probably do it again now!

Well, it's well past my bedtime, and I've already got stuck into work on the Nautical Rope Pattern in silver, but now it's time to go up the wooden hill to bed!

Hope you're having a good day at Portobello, but I'm not going to make it to Hatfield House tomorrow as I couldn't get a swap.

Hi, View from the loft, that's a real shame! It would have been nice to meet you!

Perhaps another time!

I'm pleased to say that I had a really good Saturday up at Portobello Market, the Central line was out of action from home to Liverpool Street Station, so it was a case of getting the replacement bus service and then on to Notting Hill, but anyway, I got there in fairly good time, and was fairly busy from the start, I bought a whole load of Mont Blanc ball-points, from one couple, and sold half of them to one of my regular customers, leaving myself with quite a few to put into my stock. :D

Some pens were dropped off for repair, and a few were picked up by a couple of people, the rest of he time was taken up with people who approached my booth while various people were looking through the folders at the pens, and they became inquisitive, and some of them bought some! :)

I didn't manage to have a break, all day!

It was a good one!
