Mechanical pencils - your favorite?

I like the Sheaffer ones, twist to get lead out, slender pencil, and I think it's a 0.9 mm lead so nice and broad.

The Rotring from Leigh looks really nice as well.

I have a blocked Sheaffer Targa Mechanical pencil

It's not all that frequently that I need a MP. When I do, it's one of two: an old-style Rotring 600 in .9mm (they were available in .5, .7, and .9 - maybe others, but those are the ones I've seen) or an old-style Rotring Trio pen, which has a .7mm pencil as one of the three choices.

 

I prefer the .9mm, as I tend to break a lot of the .7mm leads.

 

The MP is still occasionally found NIB on the bay, the Trios are getting few and far between.
